APPOINTMENT ARRANGEMENTS

• For our highly professional service and expertise, we charge a R280 consultation fee.
• The consultation fee is payable online whilst making your booking.
• Once your booking has been confirmed, you will receive a confirmation e-mail.
• Due to the nature of the experience we offer, we kindly request that no children under the age of 10 years attend the consultation.
• You are more than welcome to bring up to 2 guests with to your fitting.
• Please take note that we do not hire out our wedding dresses. Please read about our Dress Resell option under our FAQ’s.
• All consultation fees are non-refundable.

Please take note of the following important arrangements:

• The appointment is for collection only. If you wish to fit your dress again, please make the necessary arrangements with us to book an Alterations Dress Fitting.
• Please make sure your alterations account has been settled in full before collection.
• Should you be renting items from us, please remember to bring along the holding deposit.
• Please make sure you are familiar with the rental item return arrangements as per the signed dress quotation.
